On 16 October 2024, a written memorandum, prepared by ItaliaFintech, was sent to the VIII (Environment, Territory and Public Works) and X (Productive Activities, Trade and Tourism) Committees of the Chamber of Deputies, aimed at expressing some considerations and reflections on the provisions on innovative start-ups within the draft law on the Annual Law for the Market and Competition 2023.
