We post here the position paper written together with VC Hub and the Orrick Studio, following the publication of the MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) decree which came into force on 17 July 2021 regulating the operation of the Committee and the Fintech Sandbox trial.
Objective: to provide further information to Fintech companies and start-ups about how the Fintech Sandbox works and how to apply for admission to the trial.
