Last 27 November, ItaliaFintech participated in the Hearing on the examination of the Draft Legislative Decree Crypto TFR (Act No. 227) at the Justice and Finance Commissions.
On this occasion, a written memorandum was drafted to comment on the contents of the draft legislative decree on the adaptation of national legislation to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 (Act No. 227).
